SharePaterson Valley locality
On the map below, the Paterson River Valley is the area shaded in pink. From the top of the valley the Paterson and Allyn rivers run almost in parallel to Vacy, where the Allyn flows into the Paterson. The Paterson River continues south to Hinton where it flows into the Hunter River which in turns flows into the sea at Newcastle.
